PACE head says Azerbaijan will chair CoE ministerial committee soon
Azerbaijan will soon preside over the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers, and it will be an event of historical significance not only for Azerbaijan, but also for Europe, PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon, who is paying an official visit to Azerbaijan, told journalists.
