President appoints Elchin Guliyev head of State Border Service

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on June 5 to appoint Elchin Guliyev as the head of the State Border Service.
The State Border Service of Azerbaijan was established on 31 July 2002. The Service periodically holds exercises to improve the skills and experience of its staff.
