Azerbaijani sculptor among Honorary Professors of Rome Academy of Arts

Azerbaijani sculptor Zeynalabdin Isgandarov has been awarded an honorary professorship of the Academy of Fine Arts of Rome.
The world-renowned sculptor, the president of the Academy, Alfio Mongelli, signed a relevant order. Isgandarov was awarded for his contribution to the Italy-Azerbaijan art and culture.
Mongelli wished success to Isgandarov in his creativity.
Isgandarov is known for paying special attention to the novelty, emotionality of plastic form in his works. His works are exhibited in the Museum of Modern Art in Baku, as well as in public and private galleries in Turkey, USA, and Europe.
In 2011, the national sculptor was awarded prestigious prize at the International Sculpture Symposium.
