Pike Akhundova is a talented composer and pianist, whose work has long found a response in the hearts of music lovers. Her works are always received with special warmth by listeners.
Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall will host a concert dedicated to composer on October 11.
People's Artists of Azerbaijan, including Aygun Bayramova, Samir Jafarov, honored artists Aygun Beyler, Lala Mammadova, Zaur Amiraslanov, singers Zamig Huseynov, Zabit Aliyev, Sabina Arabli, Orkhan Jalilov will perform music pieces by composer, Trend Life reported.
The artists will be accompanied by the Tofig Ahmadov Symphonic Orchestra, conducted by Farhad Garzilli.
Tar performer Shakhriyar Imanov and Natig Rhythm Group will also please guests of the evening.
The evening is organized by the "Mədəniyyət" (Culture) TV channel with the support of Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the State Philharmonic Society.
The concert starts at 19:00.
