Accounts Chamber analyzes state budget revenues

The Accounts Chamber has carried out analysis of revenues to the state budget.

In accordance with the report on the fulfillment of the state budget, forecast on local budget revenues was carried out by 99.2 percent (827.85 million manats ($550.27 million) as compared forecasted 834.54 million manats ($555.73 million). Level of revenues to the state budget has increased by four percent over the same period of 2014.

The state budget assigned about 746.17 million manats ($496.88 million) for the control over local income and expenditures of cities and districts in 2015. The figure is less by 10 percent as compared to the same figure fixed in 2014. Financing of local expenditures in Baku, Sumgait, Mingachevir, Shirvan as well as Absheron and Imishli districts were fully covered through local income.

The Accounts Chamber of Azerbaijan is planning to include the information on different types of payment (tax liabilities and social charges) into the package of documents on fulfillment of state budget. It was offered during the meeting of a Chamber and put for consideration of the parliament.

Forecast on local income in most of the cities exceeded while forecast in several regions was carried out at a deficit. The forecast was carried out by 89.3 percent in Sumgait, by 92.1 in Xachmaz, by 94.5 in Aghsu district, by 96.5 in Lankaran, by 94.4 in Aghdjabadi district, and in by 98.4 in Imishli district.

Bottom limit of local income per head was approximately at the rate of 28-50 manats ($18,64 – 33,29), upper limit was 100-350 manats ($66,59 – 233,069).
