Bouyges to build subway stations in Azerbaijan
BAKU – The Azerbaijani "Industrial-Building Investment Corporation Akkord" company and the Bouygues travaux publics company, which is a part of Bouyges group, signed a memorandum of understanding in Baku on Wednesday, which involves the cooperation between the parties in the infrastructure projects in Azerbaijan, including the laying of new lines and stations at the Baku subway.
The memorandum was signed by Akkord Director General Khagani Guluzade and Bouyges travaux publics executive director Jean-Pierre Margolin.
Bouyges travaux publics is one of the well-known construction companies in the world, having rich experience in building underground tunnels.
The company has built more than 350 kilometers of tunnels within the projects.
