Edward Prescott, who received Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics in 2004, has hailed the economic reforms in Azerbaijan. He visited the Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication as part of his participation in the 5th Baku International Humanitarian Forum.

The new Center for Analyses of Economic Reforms and Communications was established in Azerbaijan in order to broaden the coverage of economic reforms.
