Georgian CEC not grants suggestion on early parliamentary elections
The Georgian Central Election Commission (CEC) has dismissed the suggestions of two action groups.
The Labour Party was rejected the initiative to hold a referendum on the issue of withdrawal of the Georgian contingent is dislocated in Afghanistan in support of the NATO mission.
Labour leader Shalva Natelashvili left the meeting as a protest.
The proposal of leader of the Alliance of Patriots of Georgia Soso Madzhavidze to hold early parliamentary elections was not satisfied either.
