Azerbaijan, Jordan explore developing relations
Azerbaijan and Jordan have explored ways of developing the bilateral relations as ambassador Sabir Aghabayov met chairman of Jordanian Senate Tahir al-Masri.
They discussed prospects for the interparliamentary cooperation.
Tahir al-Masri will visit Baku to attend the South Caucasus Forum to be held May 6-9.
Chairman of the Jordanian Senate said he first visited Azerbaijan in 2008, and hailed the country`s rapid development since the collapse of the Soviet Union.
He recalled his meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev "I was very impressed by President Ilham Aliyev`s oratory, as he spoke in English."
He also praised religious tolerance in Azerbaijan.
