The reforms carried out in the judicial and legal system of Azerbaijan have yielded good results, as well as in other areas, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Republic Chingiz Asgarov told Trend.
Asgarov stated this at the event dedicated to the publication of the "Collection of decisions of the International Council on Protection of Refugees and the European Court of Human Rights relating to refugees, asylum seekers and stateless persons".
He noted that 2021 marked the 10th anniversary of the establishment of administrative courts in Azerbaijan.
"The reforms carried out in all areas in Azerbaijan have strengthened the national economy. In the future, the number of asylum seekers in Azerbaijan will increase. Therefore, government agencies should be ready for this," Asgarov said.
