Azerbaijan appoints chairman of Supreme Court

Ramiz Rzayev was re-appointed as the chairman of Azerbaijan's Supreme Court.
The decision was made at a plenary meeting of the Azerbaijani Parliament on Feb.13.
Rzayev has been serving as the chairman of the Supreme Court since April 19, 2005, and since then he is a member of the Judicial-Legal Council.
