Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Germany for an official visit, Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry reported on May 10.
During the visit, Mammadyarov is expected to meet with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier and other officials of the country.
Germany took over the OSCE chairmanship in 2016.
