In a significant step toward modernizing financial regulation and boosting innovation, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the international financial center of the United Arab Emirates, Azernews reports.
