List of plants & plant products subject to phytocontrol approved in Azerbaijan

A list of plants and plant products, which are considered quarantine objects, has been approved in Azerbaijan, the country’s Cabinet of Ministers said in a message Oct. 31.

The decision on the approval was signed by Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Novruz Mammadov.

The list was approved in order to apply the “Law on Amendments to the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan “On the Application of the Law on Phytosanitary Control”” dated February 23, 2018 and the implementation of paragraph 1.4 of the Decree dated April 16, 2018 “On Amendments to the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan “On Application of the law “On phytosanitary control”” dated August 2, 2006.
