A meeting between Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu has kicked off in Baku.
Trend reports that following the one-on-one meetings, a trilateral meeting of Azerbaijani, Turkish and Iranian foreign ministers will be held.
This will be the fifth trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers.
