Georgian PM Irakli Garibashvili congratulates Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev
Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Azernews reports.
The letter reads:
