Sultan of Brunei sends letter to Azerbaijani President on occasion of May 28 - Independence Day
Sultan of Brunei Haji Hassanal Bolkiah sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of May 28 - Independence Day, Azernews reports.
The letter reads:
His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Your Excellency,
Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullaahi Wabarakaatuh
It is with pleasure I send my warmest congratulations to you and to the Government and people of the Republic of Azerbaijan as you celebrate Independence Day.
I much appreciate the friendly relations shared between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Azerbaijan, and look forward to enhancing our bilateral ties as well as partnership in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
May Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala bless Your Excellency with continued good health and happiness, and the people of Azerbaijan with progress and prosperity.
