Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of a new building in Sabunchu district constructed for residents of the building that was in disrepair in Ramana settlement, Azertac reported.
The head of state viewed the conditions created in the apartments.
President Aliyev then met with residents of the new building.
