Baku condemns terror act in Tunisia
The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has issued a statement condemning the terror act in Tunisia.
"We strongly condemn the terror act perpetrated in Tunisia on June 26 and convey our heartfelt condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and wish the speedy recovery of wounded,” the statement reads.
Thousands of holidaymakers have left Tunisia following a terrorist attack in Sousse in which 38 people were killed. Tunisia's tourism minister called the attack a "catastrophe" and authorities vowed to toughen security, drafting in army reserves and arming tourism police at beaches and hotels.
