President Aliyev to attend 51st Munich Security Conference

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva
have arrived in the Federal Republic of Germany on a working visit
to attend the 51st Munich Security Conference.
The Munich Security Conference starts on February 6, gathering some 400 politicians and experts to find ways out of the current crises in Ukraine and in the Middle East.
The Munich Security Conference has become a key annual gathering for the international "strategic community" over the past five decades.
The conference is an independent forum dedicated to promoting peaceful conflict resolution and international cooperation and dialogue in dealing with today’s and future security challenges. It has especially focused on the transatlantic partnership.
