Azerbaijan's leading fashion magazine, Nargis, has organized a New Year charity fair called "Cold hands - warm heart" on one of the main streets of Baku from December 13.

The week-long charity fair is expected to amuse guests with a festive atmosphere and receive various presents from Jаn Atelier, Lilac, Carrousel, Ali&Nino and other well-known brands.
