Saudi Arabian health minister meets Azerbaijani ambassador
Azerbaijan`s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Rasim Rzayev has met Minister of Health of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, AzerTac state news agency reported.
They hailed the traditional friendship relations between the two countries and exchanged views on prospects of cooperation in health field.
The ambassador briefed Al-Rabeeah on country`s developing process in all directions, as well as in the health field.
Rzayev expressed gratitude to Saudi Arabia for support to Azerbaijan on solving of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the international organizations.
The ambassador noted that there was a great potential for cooperation in various fields between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia.
He also stressed the importance of holding of the reciprocal visits of officials in the relevant field, as well as teachers and students exchanging, establishment of the relations among the scientific research institutions.
Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, in turn, noted that he was broadly informed on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, adding Saudi Arabia would always support Azerbaijan`s fair position.
The ambassador invited the Saudi Arabian minister to visit Azerbaijan.
