President approves deal on strategic partnership for dev't, transfer of green energy
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order approving the "Agreement on Strategic Partnership in the field of development and transfer of green energy between the Governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania and Hungary".
