Canada points out importance of creating mechanism for resolving Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

Canadian Foreign Minister François-Philippe Champagne stressed the importance of establishing a mechanism for resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, Trend reports.
According to Champagne, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and his Canadian counterpart Francois-Philippe Champagne discussed the ongoing developments around the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, especially negotiations in Washington, US.
"I spoke with Mnatsakanyan. We continue to urge outside parties not to interfere in the Karabakh conflict," the Canadian foreign minister wrote on his Twitter page.
Armenian Armed Forces launched a large-scale military attack on positions of the Azerbaijani army on the front line, using large-caliber weapons, mortars, and artillery on Sept. 27.
