Mohammad Khodadadi: Azerbaijan`s President`s solidarity initiative is of pivotal importance in Islamic world
Declaration of 2017 “Year of Islamic Solidarity” by President Ilham Aliyev is of important issue. Azerbaijan`s President`s solidarity initiative is of pivotal importance in Islamic world, said Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) managing Director Mohammad Khodadadi.
Mr. Khodadi stressed the necessity of solidarity among the Muslim world.
The Managing Director also commented on the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games to be held in Baku: “These games are wonderful symbol of friendship among the World Muslims. The Islamic world faced with the factors such as war, insecurity, confrontation. Thus, President Ilham Aliyev`s call the people to solidarity is of vital importance in global arena.”
Mohammad Khodadadi congratulated the Azerbaijani President and the people for promoting the peace and solidarity and expressed confidence that relations would further develop between Azerbaijan and Iran.
