From 29 October to 1 November 2026, Baku will once again become an international meeting point for dance as Azerbaijan Dance Festival celebrates its 5th anniversary, AzerNEWS reports.

Residents and visitors of Baku are warmly invited to experience four unforgettable days filled with world-class dancing, live music, spectacular costumes, and the unique atmosphere of an international gala. Dancers, champions and special guests from more than 20 countries will come together in Baku - giving you the opportunity to experience the excitement and elegance of the international dance world right here in Azerbaijan. Whether you are passionate about dance or simply looking for a beautiful and different night out with family and friends, Azerbaijan Dance Festival is an experience designed to be enjoyed by everyone.

One of the highlights of the festival will be the 5th anniversary edition of "Night of the Dancing Diamonds," the signature gala show of the Azerbaijan Dance Festival.

The grand opening ceremony will bring together world-class dance stars, spectacular performances, and a live orchestra, followed by a lively Salsa Party on October 30.

Baku will host the WADF World Championships, Open to the World, and SRDS Super Trophy, followed by a spectacular Gala Finale on October 31.

The festival will conclude with the World Cup Pro-Am Dance Series – Double Points, an elegant VIP Pro-Am Gala, and the farewell Afterparty, "My Azerbaijan," on November 1.

The festival is organized by Smooth & Rhythm Dance Style (SRDS) under the leadership of its founder and president Olga Krasnyanskaya, together with the Azerbaijan Dance Council (AzDC), headed by Azerbaijan's People's Artist Tarana Muradova. The project's co-founders are six-time world dance champions Eldar Jafarov and Anna Sazhina.
