The Great Caucasus Art and Dance Cup 2026 has concluded in Gabala with brilliance and inspiration, becoming a true celebration of art and talent, AzerNEWS reports.

The project was implemented through the joint efforts of the Azerbaijan Dance Association and the Azerbaijan Youth Union.

A major creative event unfolded on the stage of the Gabala Cultural Center, gathering young performers from various parts of the country.

The main idea of the competition is to discover new talents, support gifted children and youth, and create a vibrant platform for creative interaction and experience exchange between groups. The competition program was diverse: the audience enjoyed striking choreographic performances, vocal numbers, as well as performances on traditional and classical musical instruments. Every appearance on stage became a small show full of emotion, energy, and individual style.

The participants’ performances were evaluated by a professional jury, which especially noted the high level of preparation, artistry, and bold creative approach of the contestants.

The true triumphs of the competition were the ensembles "Gracia Dance Group:" (Baku) and "Khamsa" (Ganja), who won a total of seven victories across various categories. Their performances received thunderous applause and were remembered by the audience for their expressiveness and professionalism.

The winners were awarded diplomas and medals, and the best performances received high praise from both the jury and the public.

The President of the Azerbaijan Dance Association, Aziz Azizov, noted that the competition brings together more and more talented performers each year, becoming an important part of the country’s cultural life and a strong incentive for the development of creative youth.
