Seven games set for World Military Football Cup Day 2

The second day of the World Military Football Cup in Baku will see seven matches, Azertag reported on July 3.

Canada will face Iraq in Group A, while Algeria will take on Bahrain and Kenya clash with France in Group B.

Group C will pit Oman against Germany and Côte d'Ivoire against the USA. Brazil will clash with Qatar, while the Netherlands will play Cameroon in Group D.

The World Military Cup is a competition for national military teams. The tournament has been held since 1946 and was originally called the World Military Championship. The name changed for the 2001 edition. When the multi-sport Military World Games were set up in 1995 the football championship was incorporated into it, but it is still being held independently every two years.
