President Aliyev receives Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan
President Ilham Aliyev received on June 3 the Russian Federation's Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin, AzerTac state news agency reported.
Dorokhin informed the Azerbaijani president about the memorial postage stamp released in Russia in memory of the 90th anniversary of Azerbaijan's national leader Heydar Aliyev and presented stamp samples to the President.
The exclusive role of the national leader in establishment of the Azerbaijani statehood and development of the country, as well as his huge merits in strengthening of the Azerbaijani-Russian bilateral relations were in the center of talks. They reminded the successful development of versatile relations between the two countries in numerous fields and expressed confidence for further progress in bilateral relations.
