Azerbaijan creates religious map
Azerbaijan has drawn up the first map assessing religious situation
in the country, Chairman of the State Committee on Religious
Organizations Hidayat Orujov said.
According to Orujov, the map includes mosques, churches and other religious entities active in every region of the country.
"It is possible to determine the situation with religious organizations in each region through the map," Orujov said.
He added that the map is not envisaged for sale.*
