The goal of creating state agrarian development centers is to organize the management of local departments of the Ministry of Agriculture from a single center, strengthen work with farmers, conduct educational work related to the use of electronic services and innovative technologies.
The organization of the centers creates a number of advantages in the provision of services in the agricultural sector. Among them, it is possible to note the application of the “single window” principle, the increase in transparency, and the improvement of the mechanism for establishing relations with farmers.
