A feature film "Icherisheher" ("Old City") will be screened at the 21st International Film Festival of Kerala on December 9-16, Trend Life reported.
The movie will be shown as part of festival's program "World cinema".
The International Film Festival of Kerala is held annually in Thiruvananthapuramthe, capital city of Kerala, India.
The festival is held in November/December every year and is acknowledged as one of the leading festivals in India.
"Icherisheher" is psychological drama, directed by Tahmina Rafaella, screenwriters are Tahmina Rafaella and Ilgar Safat, stage director Ilgar Safat, stagemanaging operator Luca Coassin (Italy), art director Butunay Hagverdiyev, executive producer Ulvi Gasimov, producer Mushfig Hatamov.
The film is about love of a young girl to Karabakh war veteran. The lead roles are performed by Tahmina Rafaella, Firdovsi Atakishiyev, Mehriban Zeki and Elmira Shabanova.
The film shooting took place in Baku and Zagatala regions of Azerbaijan.
The feature film has been produced by J.Jabbarli 'Azerbayjanfilm' studio upon the order of the Culture and Tourism Ministry.
