National GMs to compete in Paris Chess Championship
Azerbaijani grandmasters will vie for medals at the Paris Chess Championship which kicks off on July 14.
Azerbaijan`s hopes will be pinned on Gadir Huseynov, Namig Guliyev and Orkhan Abdulov, Azertac reported.
The tournament will bring together 60 chess players, including 10 grandmasters.
The Swiss system tournament will feature 9 rounds.
