Paramount sues Warner Bros. over Netflix merger

Paramount Skydance, led by David Ellison, has filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), demanding that the media giant disclose the full financial details of its upcoming deal with Netflix, valued at an estimated $83 billion, Azernews reports.
