Chechen president to visit Azerbaijan
Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov will discuss cooperation with Azerbaijan during his upcoming visit to Baku.
Kadyrov will hold meetings with senior Azerbaijani officials on Nov. 15, a diplomatic source told Trend news agency. The program of the visit includes a meeting with the head of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
