Join Christmas Charity Fair to warm hearts

Thousands of Bakunians and guests of the city gathered at the Fountain Square on December 1 to enjoy the Christmas charity fair "Cold hands - warm hearts" under the guidance of the Nargis Fund.

Being held in the capital for the third consecutive year, this amazing fair will run till December 31 under the slogan "We are angels!".

The fair has already become a good tradition and all funds collected here will be used for the treatment of children in need.

The Charity Fair, plunging one into the fairy-tale atmosphere with its lights and decoration, is organized in downtown Baku. Here, one can buy New Year gifts for friends and relatives, souvenirs, books, clothes and sweets.

This time the fair is also full of interesting stuff, as here some offer the guests hats and mittens in traditional style, while others sale Christmas handmade toys.

Tasty chocolate, designer hats, shoes and Christmas gifts also were among the presents.

The goers tried on hats, photographed next to the fir-tree, or just came to the fair to keep warm in cold weather, drinking a cup of tea, while others danced under the Christmas songs.

If you also want to warm your heart and hands on cold December days, do not miss the event.

Many will surely be filled with positive energy from festive mood, but most importantly guests will have the chance to give joy to the vast number of children in need, as the event is aimed not only at creating a good Christmas mood, but also helping fulfill the most secret desires of kids from orphanages.

Every year the guests include those from orphanages, who are anxiously await meeting famous guests, seeing performances from their favorite artists, and receiving souvenirs, sweets and gifts from sponsors of the fair.

Moreover, surprises and numerous activities for children and adults provide for a festive New Year atmosphere.
