Uzavtosanoat Joint Stock Company (JSC) and the Italian Landi Renzo S.p.A. established a new joint venture (JV) for the production of gas fuel systems for cars.

The new enterprise, which is called Avtosanoat - Landi Renzo, will work in the territory of the Navoi Special Economic Zone (FIEZ), Trend Agency reported.

The enterprise's projected capacity will amount to 25,000 sets of equipment per year.

Engine compartment equipment to transfer automobiles to consumption of natural gas systems will be assembled from components supplied from Italy during the first stage of the project. Later, the localization of the production will be considered.
