Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he had discussions with US President Joe Biden, Trend reports.
"Discussed the events of the last hours with Joe Biden. We begin the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council. A conversation with Boris Johnson is also planned", he twetted.
