Azerbaijan's Defense Minister heads to Kazakhstan

Azerbaijan's Defense Minister has left for a visit to
Kazakhstan.
Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov will participate in a meeting of the
Council of Defense Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent
States (CIS) which will be held in capital Astana on July.
During the meeting the CIS defense ministers will review a number of issues on cooperation in the military education field.
The meetings of the Council of CIS Defense Ministers were held in Baku in 2001 and 2006.
The CIS is a regional organization whose participating countries are former Soviet Union republics.
