Three people injured in Baku explosion

An explosion rocked the basement of an unfinished residential building in Baku leaving three people injured.
The explosion near the Azadlig prospekti subway station also inflicted damages on the neighboring buildings.
Baku City Emergency and Urgent Medical Aid Station said two women and one man who were passing the building were injured by the accident.
Immediately after the explosion, brigades of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rushed to the scene of explosion to help the victims.
An investigation has begun into the causes of the explosion.
Gas supply has been temporarily suspended in the area. It will be resumed after safety measures are adopted.
