Caucasus Muslims leader to attend int'l conference in Astana
Head of the Caucasian Muslims Board Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade will attend an international scientific-practical conference titled "The role of Astana forum in the interreligious dialogue of civilizations" in Astana, Kazakhstan, AzerTag state news agency reported.
The conference, initiated by Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, will mark the 10th anniversary of the first summit of the Secretariat of the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions.
During the visit, Sheik-ul-Islam Pashazade is scheduled to meet with chairman of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament, Kairat Mami.
