Islamic party protests Israel in Baku
The Islamic Party of Azerbaijan and a group of followers attempted to hold a protest outside the Israeli embassy in Baku on Friday.
The protest, taking place on International Quds Day, was prevented after police intervened and several members of the party were detained.
The rally participants chanted "Hands off Jerusalem", "Karabakh and Jerusalem are occupied!" and other slogans.
