Winners of track-cycling tournament named

A test track-cycling tournament which was underway in Baku over the past days, has already wrapped up in Azerbaijan.
The tournament organized at the Velotrek involved different clubs and societies operating within the Azerbaijan's Cycling Federation. Nearly 40 athletes competed against the leading members of the national track team Olga Ismayilova, Yelena Pavluxina, Elmar Ismayilov, Nijat Niftaliyev, Siraj Huseynzade and Sergey Omelchenko.
The program of the last day of the race determined six more winners. The men' Olympic sprint team discipline was won by Sergey Omelchenko, Elmar Ismayilov and Nijat Niftaliyev.
Olga Ismayilova, Yelena Pavluxina duo won the first place at the same discipline among women.
Sergey Omelchenko and Olga Ismayilova also became the best in Keirin.
"Synergy Baku" continental team's members Makhammad Alakbarov and Aqshin Ismayilov became the best in individual and group races.
Finally, Ivan Orlov won individual race among juniors.
