14th CeBIT Eurasia fair to shed light on sectors of development

Eurasia's number one information, communication and
telecommunication technologies platform 14th CeBIT Information
Technologies Eurasia will be held on 24 - 27 October 2013 at CNR
Expo Exhibition Center. In 2013, CeBIT aims to further develop its
role of providing a common platform for the IT sector through
Synergy Summit, Media Communication Summit and CeBIT Global
Conference Eurasia.
"CeBIT Information Technologies Eurasia should be seen as a
platform that sheds light on the future needs of the Information
Technologies sector. Thus, we can say that industry representatives
are participating in CeBIT Information Technologies Eurasia not
merely to see new products but also to acquire new ideas and
explore options for potential solutions to their problems, said
Murat Özer, Director of Hifaş, the company that organizes the
fair.

International and national participation on the
rise!
Arising from the importance of matching the right participants with
the right visitors in the level of success for fairs and
exhibitions, negotiations have been initiated with representatives
of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in a number of cities around
Turkey, special provincial administrations, related organizations
and institutions, mayors, deputy mayors and IT departments to host
target visitors at CeBIT IT Eurasia. In addition, collaborations
with officials of the Foreign Trade Undersecretariat, commercial
attaches and sectorial associations in Europe, New Europe, Middle
East, North Africa and CIS countries are undertaken to coordinate
procurement committee programs.
CeBIT IT Eurasia expands Information Technologies beyond
the borders of Istanbul this year through 'Anatolia Meets
IT'meetings!
Conferences and seminars focusing on both current and future trends
of the IT sector are planned to be held in İzmir, Trabzon,
Ankara, Erzincan, Kayseri, Konya, Kocaeli, Bursa and
Diyarbakır.
'Hosted Buyer Program' carries CeBIT IT Eurasia once
again to an international platform!
CeBIT IT Eurasia 2013 will shed light on not just the IT sector in
Turkey but also Eurasia, Middle East, North Africa, Russia and CIS
states. The exhibition will be visited by the International
Procurement Committees as well as professional visitors
from around the world.
It has been stated that there is already a notable amount of demand
from various target countries in the Middle East to participate in
CeBIT IT Eurasia, CeBIT Synergy Summit and CeBIT Media
Communication Summit, which is expected to rise even further from
May onwards, with the distribution of introductory documents in
Arabic for the Gulf, Middle East and North Africa regions. He
stated that their target for Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Iraq,
Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai and Saudi Arabia is to reach 6,000
participants and visitors.
Same as last year, international procurement committees will be
invited to all CeBIT events within the scope of "Hosted Buyer
Program" by consulates and Deutcshe Messe's international network
and agencies in Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Algeria,
Indonesia, France, India, Iraq, UK, Spain Iran, Israel, Sweden,
Italy, Canada, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Korea, Lebanon, Egypt, Nigeria,
Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Poland, Russian Federation, Syria, Saudi
Arabia, Chili, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Jordan and
Greece.
Smart cities of the future - amazing!
The main theme for CeBIT IT Eurasia this year will be
'Smart Cities and Smart Municipality
Services'. CeBIT 2013 will present Turkey as a model
for neighboring countries in terms of its increasing regional
power, developing business relationships and new business models.
Projects on IT based solutions for communication, security,
transportation, education, health and infrastructure issues in
developing cities will be presented. Furthermore, seminars,
conferences and panels to be held within the scope of the
exhibition will bring together all stakeholders to address all
related issues in detail. The event will present a valuable
opportunity to bring together officials of special provincial
administrations, related public institutions, mayors, deputy mayors
and IT departments from around Turkey and Middle East, North Africa
and CIS states at a common platform.
CeBIT - TUYAD Collaboration!
TUYAD was invited to participate in CeBIT IT Eurasia special
session this year: "In addition to the reduced participation fee
that applies to TUYAD members, KOSGEB provides 30% discount
resulting in a final reduction of 50% in participation fee,
offering budget support to members willing to exhibit their goods
and services in a total area of 2500 m2."

1st TUYAD World Satellite Meeting to be held within the
scope of CeBIT!
The organization bringing together high level executives of
Satellite TV industry associations and organizations from around
the world will end with the introduction of the Turkish industry
and firms.
KOSGEB continues to support CeBIT!
KOSGEB (SME Development and Support Agency) offers 30-40% financial
support to participants for the first 100 m2 exhibition area. Hifas
Director Murat Özer recommends firms considering participation in
CeBIT to take swift action with applications with KOSGEB to take
advantage of this limited offer.
In addition, KOSGEB will collaborate with ABIGEM and Foreign Trade
Undersecretariat in hosting procurement committees from Europe, New
Europe, Middle East, North Africa and CIS to support increased
global participation to 2013 CeBIT IT Eurasia.
