Ethiopian president congratulates Azerbaijan’s president on Republic Day
President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Mulatu Teshome has congratulated Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Republic Day.
"On behalf of the people and government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and that of my own, it gives me great pleasure to extend to you and through you to the people and government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, warmest congratulations on the occasion marking your country's national day," said Teshome in his congratulatory letter.
"I would also like to take this opportunity to express my confidence that the close relations that exist between our two countries will continue to be further strengthened in the years ahead," he added.
"Please accept, Your Excellency, my best wishes for your personal wellbeing and for the continued peace and prosperity of the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan," Mulatu Teshome said.
