Azerbaijani president meets IFC CEO in Davos
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with CEO of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Jin-Yong Cai in Davos on Wednesday, Azertac state news agency reported.
During the meeting, they praised cooperation between Azerbaijan and the International Finance Corporation.
They hailed participation of the International Finance Corporation in implementing projects in Azerbaijan as an investor.
They also spoke of the work being done for diversifying Azerbaijan`s economy.
Jin-Yong Cai noted that the International Finance Corporation was interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan in the fields of agriculture, information and communication technologies.
President Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence that relations between Azerbaijan and the IFC would continue to develop.
