Turkish president approves agreement with Azerbaijan on establishment of cultural centers

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan approved the "Agreement on the establishment, mechanism of work and activity of the Cultural Centers between the governments of Turkey and Azerbaijan", Trend reports citing the Turkish "Resmi Gazete" (Official Newspaper).
The agreement was signed in Ankara on April 25, 2018.
