K-pop contest held in Baku

The K-pop contest in Azerbaijan was held in Baku State University on May 20.
The contest was organized by the embassy of the Republic of Korea as the regional preliminary of the K-pop World Festival 2014.
Fourteen contestants competed on the stage in front of the room full of the audience in the auditorium of the Baku State University.
The winner of the contest was presented the Samsung Galaxy Tab and got a chance to visit Korea for K-pop World Festival 2014 in October after the internet poll and professional screening.
Through music, the K-pop contest provided a good opportunity for the Korean and Azerbaijani people to understand each other even further.
