The spectators in Baku help to cope with anxiety before the performance, Olga Serik, Ukrainian gymnast, participant of the 4th Open Azerbaijan and Baku Aerobic Gymnastics Championships told Trend.
"The support of the audience helps, when you feel a sense of fear and excitement before the performance. They cheer you up if something suddenly does not work out," she noted.
The young Ukrainian gymnast, who arrived in Baku for the first time, underlines that she really liked the city.
"On the first day of arrival in Baku, we took in the sights of the city, it is very beautiful. I also like the National Gymnastics Arena, there is a stunning hall here," the athlete said.
On Sunday, the last competition day of the the 4th Open Azerbaijan and Baku Aerobic Gymnastics Championships was held in the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku.
