Foreign minister meets outgoing Belarusian envoy
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has met Belarusian envoy Nikolai Patskevitch who is completing his mission in the country, AzerTac state news agency reported.
They applauded the role of the leaders of the two countries in developing the relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus.
The sides praised the bilateral cooperation in political, economic, energy, humanitarian and agricultural fields.
Patskevich said he has witnessed remarkable development in Azerbaijan in the last 10 years, hailing the organization of the First European Games in Baku as perfect.
He lauded the Azerbaijani government`s “rendering every support to me during my his diplomatic activities”, adding he did his utmost to contribute to the development of the ties between the two countries.
